(Washington, DC) —  Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz says a House committee should probe allegations of disclosure of sensitive intelligence by President Trump.  The Republican congressman told the “Salt Lake Tribune” yesterday that the House Intelligence Committee should investigate accusations that Trump disclosed sensitive information during a meeting with Russian officials last week.  Chaffetz said the story reported by the “Washington Post” might be worth looking into, but said the use of anonymous sources could make it difficult to verify.  Chaffetz added that he still trusted the President with classified information despite the report.
