(Salt Lake City, UT) — The first scores from a new school testing method in Utah are expected to show a drop-off in proficiency. Educators and administrators met at Utah’s Office of Education yesterday to discuss the preliminary data from the SAGE test. Some parents were concerned about the test’s adaptive format and alignment with controversial Common Core standards. The first results are expected sometime next month.
