(Salt Lake City, UT) — The move to help Utah children with cannabis oil for untreatable epilepsy is gaining traction with state legislators. The “Tribune” says a bill that would allow trial use of non-intoxicating cannabis oils by Utahns with untreatable epilepsy has made steady progress in the Legislature this session. Named “Charlie’s Law” the bill is in honor of a six-year-old from West Jordan. Governor Herbert is expected to sign it into law.
