(Salt Lake City, UT) — A bill to teach sex abuse prevention training in Utah classrooms is on the way to the governor. The Senate passed the controversial bill, despite one lawmaker’s concerns with parents’ rights. If the measure becomes law, the curriculum wouldn’t be implemented until the 2016-2017 school year.
