Utah’s Senate will approve a plan to offer more pre-school education opportunities for at-risk kids. The “Tribune” says the bill will provide three-million dollars to establish a grant program to offer pre-school curriculum to at-risk children. The “Tribune” says the program would be used to attract private investors who would be reimbursed if the program proves successful and keeps kids out of special education classes later on.
