(Salt Lake City, UT) — The House passed a bill making it easier for bars to offer Breathalyzers for patrons. The House Majority Whip Greg Hughs says the measure doesn’t mandate people to use it, and customers who do use the machine would be kept anonymous. The proposal requires tests to be nearly 100-percent accurate. Drivers are considered drunk at point-zero-8 BAC in the state.
