As summer is leaving, gas prices are going down

As the summer driving season is now coming to an end, gas prices are starting to go down as well. The current price of gas is 1 cent lower than a week ago, 10 cents lower than a month ago, and 18 cents lower than last year. The price is now around $3.63 a gallon. The average price of regular gas in the month of July was $3.73 a gallon. That was said to be the eighth highest in the entire nation. But according the AAA Utah that has changed. It is indicated that we are now lower than 20 states in gas prices. We are also tied with three states for the same average price of gas. The National average is $3.56 a gallon. That is a two cent increase from last month, but it is three cents lower than a week ago. It is also 27 cents lower than a year ago.
