EPA Sued Over Utah Air Related To Residents' Health

The Environmental Protection Agency is being sued by a group that says the agency has neglected the health of Utah residents by not pushing for cleaner air. The “Tribune” reports WildEarth Guardians says the EPA did not follow provisions of the Clean Air Act. WildEarth Guardians claims the EPA allowed the state to get behind in meeting a deadline to clean up a type of pollution in valleys in north Utah. The pollution, known as PM two-point-five, can cause sore throats and asthma attacks, and even early death
