A woman was killed in a Monday afternoon two-vehicle collision in southwest Utah, on a highway between St. George and Enterprise.

The Utah Highway Patrol says the driver of a Toyota Yaris made a left turn on State Road 18 in front of a pickup towing a flatbed trailer when the pickup slammed into the car before it was able to stop. Both vehicles slid off the edge of the highway’s southbound lane. The pickup pushed the car through a fence and into a tree, with the impact on the driver’s side. The driver, identified as 60-year-old Nancy Harrison of Central, was killed in the crash.
