A new poll is naming Utah the most livable state in the country in the coming years. The Gallup poll was based on responses from more than a half-million Americans in all 50 states. Utah had top scores in 13 categories covering areas like smoking rates, clean water, positive work relationship, daily learning and an overall perception that the state was getting better, not getting worse. Minnesota was the second most-livable state. Colorado made the top five.
