A mother is behind bars after authorities say they found something unexpected in a diaper bag she was carrying. Officials say methamphetamine and marijuana were in the bag that was searched at a Utah County checkpoint on Highway 91, just east of the Timpanogos Cave National Monument over the weekend. The woman, who was with her child, reportedly was stopped because it looked like she was impaired. She was one of 19 people arrested for drug and alcohol issues over the weekend.
