(RICHFIELD) – Utah Highway Patrol reported an accident Thursday afternoon on SR-118 involving three vehicles. According to the report, at about 4:30pm, 70-year old, Gay Bishoff of Annabella driving a 2005 Buick Lesabre, was stopped to turn left at the intersection of 840 North on SR-118, while 46-year old, Sylvia Nielson of Monroe, driving a 1997 Ford F-150 pickup, pulled behind her and stopped. The report stated that 22-year old, Lacy Keisel of Central Valley, driving a 1996 Acura, was speeding and failed to stop for the two vehicles in front of her. Her vehicle pushed Nielson into Bishoff. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and were not injured but Keisel was taken to the Sevier Valley Hospital with possible injuries, along with an 8-year old female who was traveling with her. The child was not restrained but not injured. Keisel was cited for driving too fast and for a child restraint violation.
