(Ephraim) The Ephraim City Council is considering a Main Street revitalization project and will hold a meeting tonight to share what has been proposed with members of the community. An engineering company that worked for the city on past projects came up with the plan and presented it to the Council. Tonights presentation will be part of the regular city council meeting at 7:00 PM. Ephraim City Mayor Cliff Birrell commented that one of the main goals of the project will be making Snow College a more central part of the community. The public is invited to participate at the meeting tonight and share ideals for the future of Ephraim’s Main Street.
