Delta juveniles arrested for graffiti

(DELTA) – Four juveniles were arrested in Delta Wednesday morning for graffiti at several businesses. Millard County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated vandalism at the KJ Plumbing and Heating building, a Delta Cache semi-trailer at the underpass at 500 West Main street and a bus along with dumpsters at the Delta Jubilee store. All had gang-style graffiti painted on the structures. According to a sheriff’s report, the vandalism started at about 11:30 Tuesday night and continued until Wednesday morning. The four juveniles included three boys and a girl ranging in age from 15-17. Two of the juveniles were brother and sister. Deputies worked throughout the day arresting one at a time until all four were in custody by Wednesday afternoon. They were all arrested at their homes in Delta and charged with second degree felony criminal mischief with gang enhancements and taken to the State Canyon Detention Center.
