(RICHFIELD) – The Richfield City Council will hold two public hearings tonight to receive comments concerning amending or repealing the current parking ordinance and the issuance of bonds for city construction projects. In addition to the hearings, the city council will review an anti-fraud policy and a request for proposals for garbage collection. The public is invited to attend the council meeting tonight starting at 7pm at the Richfield City Council Chambers.
