SALINA, Utah (AP)-Brooks Myers completed 8 of 12 passes for 139 yards and three touchdowns in a highly efficient performance as the Millard Eagles improved to 3-0 with a 28-14 win over the North Sevier Wolves Friday in non-region football action. The Wolves got off to a swift start when Taylor Crane (22-39, 203 yards, TD, 4 INT’s) hit Kody Christensen on a 12-yard touchdown pass to lead 7-0 after one. Nevertheless, the Eagles took control from that time on when Dillon Lund returned a Crane interception 20 yards for a score to tie things up 7-7. Jalen Robinson then made a pair of key plays near each goal line. When North Sevier was driving, he stripped Christensen before he could cross the pylon and moments later, hauled in a 34-yard touchdown pass which gave Millard a 21-7 lead they would not relinquish. Jaxon Wardle added four receptions for 89 yards and two scores in victory for the Eagles. Manny Perez added a touchdown run in defeat for the Wolves. Interestingly, the game featured 32 accepted penalties as well.

MT. PLEASANT, Utah (AP)-Luke Maggio had a touchdown run, helping the Cedar Redmen get past North Sanpete 17-13 in non-region football action Friday. Spencer Steadman had a touchdown pass and ran for another score in the loss for the Hawks.

BEAVER, Utah (AP)-Tyce Raddon had four touchdown runs and Porter Hollingshead added another touchdown run as in the battle of the 2-A elitists, Beaver smoked Delta 34-21 Friday in non-region football action. Dallin Draper had a pair of touchdown runs and Trevor Burton hauled in a scoring pass from signal-caller Jake Day in defeat for the Rabbits.

MONROE, Utah (AP)-Tyson Chisholm, Carter Anderson and Tracen Winkel all had touchdown runs of at least 35 yards, helping the South Sevier Rams get past Gunnison 21-19 in non-region football action Friday. Stockton Hansen had a pair of touchdown receptions in defeat for the Bulldogs.

ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP)-Dallin Brown had touchdown runs of 24 and 43 yards and returned a kickoff 94 yards for another score as the Pine View Panthers decimated Manti 56-14 Friday in non-region football action. Travis Thompson and Adam Huff teamed up on a pair of touchdown receptions in defeat for the Templars.

KANAB, Utah (AP)-Tavin Ott scored from 2 yards out with 35 seconds remaining as Kanab outlasted Richfield 21-14 in non-region football action Friday. Ott added touchdown passes to Wyatt Houston and Matt Glover for the Cowboys. In defeat, Tason Lacorti and Emmit Hafen had touchdown runs for the Wildcats.

SALEM, Utah (AP)-Garrett Lloyd had touchdown runs of 78 and 30 yards as the Salem Hills Skyhawks downed Juab 30-20 Friday in non-region football action. In defeat, Alex White had touchdown runs of 43 and 21 yards while Easton Wright added a 1-yard score for the Wasps.
