TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (AP)-Carter Anderson tripled and Caleb Barton doubled as the South Sevier Rams outlasted Manti 5-4 Thursday in the 2-A baseball tournament one-loss bracket. Gage Ekker earned the win on the mound for the Rams while Darron McClain doubled in the loss for the Templars, ending their season.
KEARNS, Utah (AP)-Brayden Schultz belted two home runs and amassed three RBI as the Grand Red Devils downed Kanab, advancing to the 2-A state semifinals Thursday afternoon at Kearns High School. The Red Devils will face Gunnison in a game that can be heard on KSVC-FM at 4:00 pm Friday.
KEARNS, Utah (AP)-Drew Hill and Jaden Mayne had doubles as the Gunnison Bulldogs downed Beaver 3-1 at Kearns High School Thursday afternoon. Mayne also took the win on the mound for the Bulldogs.

SPANISH FORK, Utah (AP)-Grace Jenkins earned the win in the circle and hit a triple as Millard smacked Duchesne 18-3 in the battle of the silver and blue Eagles in the one-loss bracket at the 2-A state softball tournament at the Spanish Fork Complex Thursday.
SPANISH FORK, Utah (AP)-Bailey Hunter went yard as the Beaver Beavers downed Summit Academy 9-4 Thursday at the Spanish Fork Complex in the second round of the 2-A Softball tournament. Beaver next faces Manti Friday at 10:00 am in the state semifinals.
