RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Peyton Torgerson had 19 points and 11 rebounds while Hailey Higgs added 19 points and 7 boards as the North Sevier Wolves smacked Kanab 69-55 Friday in the 2-A girls semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center. Sidney McDonald had 18 points for Kanab in the loss. The Wolves will next play in the 2-A girls state championship at the Sevier Valley Center Saturday at 5:00 pm.

RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Megan Jensen had 10 points and 8 rebounds and the Emery Spartans outlasted Beaver 34-32 Friday in the 2-A girls semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center. Abbey Yardley had 11 points and 7 rebounds in the loss for the Beavers. Emery will play North Sevier for the 2-A girls state championship Saturday at 5:00 pm at the Sevier Valley Center.

RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Kennady McQueen, (whose name I shall always get correct in the future 🙂 posted 16 points and 8 assists as the North Summit Braves pounded San Juan 72-35 Friday in the 2-A girls consolation bracket at the Sevier Valley Center. Delaney Palmer had 11 points in the loss for the Broncos. North Summit next plays for fifth/sixth place at 10:00 am Saturday in the consolation bracket at the Sevier Valley Center.

RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Sherri Platt had 14 points and the Enterprise Wolves raced to a 16-1 lead on Layton Christian and never looked back, grounding the Eagles, 46-28 Friday in the 2-A girls consolation bracket. Damyale Thomas had 10 points in the loss for Layton Christian. Enterprise next plays North Summit Saturday at 10:00 am for fifth and sixth place in the consolation bracket at the Sevier Valley Center.

LOGAN, Utah (AP)-Emma Jones posted 14 points and the Richfield Wildcats downed Morgan 48-40 in the 3-A girls semifinals at the Spectrum at Utah State University Friday. The Wildcats will face Juan Diego Saturday morning at 11:00 am from the Spectrum for the 3-A state championship.

LOGAN, Utah (AP)-Brantzen Blackner amassed 32 points and 7 rebounds as the Canyon View Falcons edged Richfield 51-48 in the 3-A boys consolation bracket at the Spectrum on the campus of Utah State University. Reggie Hinck had 18 points and 6 boards in defeat for the Wildcats.

RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Porter Dowell posted 18 points on 5-8 shooting and 7-8 at the foul line as the South Sevier Rams advanced in the consolation bracket with a 69-55 win over Grand Friday at the Sevier Valley Center. Caleb Barton added 16 points and 8 rebounds for the Rams while in defeat, Alec Williams, Brayden Schultz, Kenyon Birdwell and Josh Jones had 11 points apiece for the Red Devils. South Sevier plays for fifth place Saturday at 11:40 am at the Sevier Valley Center.

Emery next faces South Sevier Saturday at 11:40 am in the fifth-sixth place game at the Sevier Valley Center. Jason McNeil had 18 points on 8-13 shooting in the loss for the Wildcats.

RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Nicholas Aguirre amassed 15 points and Layton Christian routed Summit Academy 58-40 Friday in the 2-A boys semifinals at the Sevier Valley Center. Gavin Rindlishbacher had 8 in the loss for the Bears.

RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Jackson Sponaugle amassed 22 points and 6 rebounds as the Waterford Ravens bested North Summit 59-55 to earn a berth in the 2-A state championship game Friday. Tyler Coleman had 18 points and 14 rebounds in the loss for the Braves. Waterford meets Layton Christian Saturday for the 2-A state championship game at 7:00 pm at the Sevier Valley Center.

CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP)-Jace Eyre netted 20 points and the Panguitch Bobcats routed Parowan 51-26 Friday in the Region 20 tournament semifinals at Canyon View High School. Jarrin Church had 11 points in defeat for the Rams.
