(Sacramento, CA) — The Salt Lake Bees blasted the River Cats, 8-2, in the finale of a four-game set in Sacramento. Ramon Flores launched a solo homer for Salt Lake, which improved to 61-and-61. Rey Navarro added two hits and two RBI in the win. The Bees open a four-game home series with the Tacoma Rainiers tonight.
Elsewhere in minor league baseball, Orem Owlz were swept in a doubleheader with the Brewers in Helena. The Owlz fell to 35-and-14. The Raptors scored four in the first en route to a 5-2 win over the Great Falls Voyagers in Ogden. The Raptors are 32-and-19.
