Weber State’s Jerrick Harding Makes All-Big Sky 1st Team

BOISE, Idaho-Tuesday, the Big Sky Conference announced its all-conference men’s basketball teams, with several Weber State and Southern Utah standouts being honored.

Weber State junior guard Jerrick Harding made the all-conference first-team. He amassed 21.9 points this season for the Wildcats while shooting a conference-best 87.1 percent at the foul line.

Harding was also second in the conference with 1.7 steals per game.

Other Wildcats to be honored included senior forward Brekkott Chapman (12.5 points, 8.6 rebounds per game) and junior guard Cody John (15 points, 3.9 rebounds per game) each of whom received honorable mention honors.

Southern Utah was represented by redshirt junior guard/forward Cameron Oluyitan (12.8 points, 3.9 rebounds per game) who made the all-conference third team and earned the newcomer of the year award as well.

The conference MVP was Northern Colorado guard Jordan Davis who ranked in the top 10 nationally with 23.8 points per game for the Bears.
