Weber State Men’s Basketball Visits Montana State Thursday

BOZEMAN, Mont.-Thursday, the Big Sky Conference-leading Weber State men’s basketball continues its conference season by facing the Montana State Bobcats at the Breeden Fieldhouse.

The 12-6 (6-1 in Big Sky) Wildcats have won three straight games after vanquishing Northern Colorado 78-64 last Saturday.

The Wildcats’ star junior guard Jerrick Harding (21.3 points per game) earned Big Sky Player of the Week honors last week for the third time this season.

Meanwhile, Weber State senior forward Brekkott Chapman has 161 rebounds (8.9 per game) and 37 blocked shots, each of which lead the Big Sky.

The Wildcats score 82.3 points per game and surrenders 73.6 points per contest.

The Bobcats come into Thursday’s tilt at 7-10 and 4-3 in Big Sky play.

Montana State scores 81.4 points per game and gives up 74.1 points per contest.

Senior guard Tyler Hall scores 20.3 points per game while netting 4.7 rebounds per contest.

Norwegian national, junior guard Harald Frey, has also been solid. He currently averages 14.5 points and 4.2 rebounds per game for the Bobcats.

Weber State leads the all-time series against Montana State 83-36 and is 30-28 all-time at Bozeman.

The Wildcats have currently won their last four games and five out of their last six at Montana State.
