OGDEN, Utah-Thursday, Weber State men’s basketball hosts NCAA Division II Chadron State in the first exhibition game of the season for the Wildcats.
The Wildcats are led by 13th year head coach Randy Rahe who leads both Weber State and the Big Sky Conference, in career wins with 248 victories. He also has the Big Sky Conference games wins record with 154.
Weber State’s leading scorer is junior guard Jerrick Harding, who averaged 22 points per game last season.
He was a first team all-Big Sky performer last season while also making the first-team all-district squad as well.
Other returners for the Wildcats include junior center Jordan Dallas, junior guard Cody John, junior forward Brenden Morris, sophomore forward Michal Kozak and sophomore guard Ricky Nelson.
The Eagles come in to the Dee Events Center coming off a 3-25 season in 2017-18, including a 1-21 mark in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play.
