Utah Jazz To Conduct Free-Agent Mini-Camp

SALT LAKE CITY-Thursday, the Utah Jazz announced a free-agent minicamp that will run Friday and Saturday at the Zions Bank basketball campus.

Competing at this camp will be 32 free agents while over the past five summers the Jazz have invited 133 free agents to this event. Of those, 30 players have appeared on NBA rosters in that same time.

The Jazz will conduct Friday evening and morning workouts as well as a Saturday morning workout during the camp.

There will be media availability on Friday following the first session per a statement from Jazz director of scouting/Salt Lake City Stars vice president of basketball operations Bart Taylor.

Media members in attendance will be permitted to shoot B-roll footage at this time but the participating players will not be available for interviews.

This mini-camp is not available to the public.

Among those participating at the camp are former Philadelphia 76ers draft pick Lavoy Allen, former University of Minnesota standout Austin Hollins and Miami (Fla.) product Kamari Murphy.
