LOGAN, Utah-Thursday, Utah State University athletics announced the addition of the Blue A Society, a new major gifts program.
To become a Blue A Society member, a minimum pledge of $25,000 over a five-year period or the donation of an annual cash gift of $25,000 or more qualifies people for this group.
This society provides the philanthropic leadership for Utah State Athletics. Its purpose is to increase philanthropic revenues for USU Athletics and to support operational needs and capital priorities.
It will also provide Aggie student-athletes greater opportunities to succeed in the classroom, in competition and in post-graduate life.
Since the silent phase of fundraising efforts commenced this past spring, more than $1.5 million has been raised.
