FILLMORE, Utah-Laci Sissener amassed a hat trick and the Parowan Rams routed Millard 6-2 Tuesday in 2-A South girls soccer action. Camilla Robison and Megan Wade found the net in the loss for the Eagles.
Region 14
DELTA, Utah-Savannah Nielson’s hat trick led the Delta Rabbits to a 3-0 win over Providence Hall in Region 14 girls soccer action Tuesday. Haylee Christensen posted the shoutout in victory for Delta.
PRICE, Utah-Marissa Hall stepped up with a hat trick and the Juab Wasps blitzed the Carbon Dinos 5-2 Tuesday in Region 14 girls soccer action. CheyAnn Lewis and Paige Hanson also scored for the Wasps in the win.
Region 15
RICHFIELD, Utah-Alexis Winters posted two goals and the Emery Spartans doubled up Richfield 4-2 in Region 15 girls soccer action Tuesday. Melissa Crane scored twice in the loss for the Wildcats.
MANTI, Utah-Nicole Nelson stepped up with a pair of goals as the Manti Templars routed Grand 5-0 in Tuesday in Region 15 girls soccer action. Allie Bridges, Brynlee Golding and Lexie Alder also scored for the Templars in the win. Jentry Young posted the shutout for Manti.
Volleyball
Region 14
LINDON, Utah-The Juab Wasps prevailed 25-13, 25-21 and 25-16 to get a 3-0 win over Maeser Prep in Region 14 volleyball action Tuesday.
Region 15
RICHFIELD, Utah-The Richfield Wildcats bested Emery 3-0 Tuesday in Region 15 volleyball action by posting 25-21, 25-15 and 25-18 victories.
Region 18
BEAVER, Utah-Kanab routed Beaver 3-0 in Region 18 volleyball action Tuesday with 25-17, 25-23 and 25-17 wins.
ENTERPRISE, Utah-Enterprise smacked North Sevier 3-0 Tuesday in the Region 18 volleyball battle of the Wolves, posting 25-18, 25-11 and 25-15 victories.
Girls Tennis
Region 14
NEPHI, Utah-Tuesday, the Juab Wasps outlasted Union 3-2 as Keanna Williams got a key win in second singles, 6-1, 5-7 and 6-4. Also, Juab’s first doubles team of Jessica Willmore and Olivia Foster prevailed 6-4 6-3 and the second doubles team of Katie Marchant and Ashlyn Dansie also won, 6-3 6-3.
Region 15
MANTI, Utah-The Manti Templars bested South Sevier 5-0 Tuesday with many on head coach Todd Jorgensen’s squad excelling.
These stars included Sadie Cox in #1 singles, prevailing 6-1, 6-1. In 2nd singles, JoLee Gillett prevailed 6-3, 6-1 and in 3rd singles, Aubrey Harmston won 6-2, 6-1. In 1st doubles, Whitney Dyreng and Lexi Naylor won 6-1, 6-1. The sweep was completed with the excellence of 2nd doubles squad Emma Jorgensen and Libby Simons, who won 6-1, 6-3.
