MANTI, Utah-Trevor Trythall earned the win on the mound, netting 10 strikeouts and netting two hits at the plate as the Manti Templars outlasted South Sevier 3-2 in Region 15 baseball action Tuesday. Peydon Wood pitched a 3-hitter in a gallant losing effort for the Rams. This game was noteworthy for having zero extra base hits.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-Cade Brazier took the win on the mound as the Emery Spartans scored two runs in the 7th inning to outlast North Sanpete 3-2 Tuesday in game one of a doubleheader in Region 15 baseball action.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-Emery scored six runs in the 6th inning, highlighted by doubles from Kyson Stilson and Brax Jensen to beat North Sanpete 7-5 in game two of a Region 15 doubleheader. David Serba hit a double and had two RBI in the loss for the Hawks.
Region 14
DELTA, Utah-Lincoln Labrum homered and doubled and the Union Cougars routed Delta 17-2 in the first game of a Region 14 doubleheader Tuesday. Kobe Gurr and Nate Foote added doubles for the Cougars, while Foote took the win on the mound for Union. Jake Jackson tripled and Ty Tolley added a double for the Rabbits.
DELTA, Utah-Zach Foote doubled and the Union Cougars completed a Region 14 doubleader sweep of Delta with a 5-4 win Tuesday. Easton Rohrer took the win on the mound for the Cougars. Jake Jackson doubled in the loss for the Rabbits.
NEPHI, Utah-Jakoby Kelley earned the win on the mound pitching six scoreless innings as the Juab Wasps beat American Leadership Academy 7-0 in Region 14 baseball action Tuesday. Raidyn Steele had 3 RBI in the win for the Wasps.
2-A Central
FILLMORE, Utah-Janzen Keisel tripled and Braxon Sylvester and Parx Bartholomew added doubles as the Gunnison Bulldogs routed Millard 13-1 Tuesday in Region 15 baseball action. Dillon Lund doubled in defeat for the Eagles.
Non-Region
RICHFIELD, Utah-Jaron Ross and Payson Reed each went yard as the Richfield Wildcats overpowered Enterprise 14-8 in non-region baseball action Tuesday. Emmitt Hafen doubled and tripled in the win for the Wildcats and Morgan Albrecht also doubled for Richfield.
Softball
2-A Central
GUNNISON, Utah-Paige King belted three doubles and the Gunnison Bulldogs pounded North Sevier 12-1 Tuesday in 2-A Central softball action. Kennedy Knudsen, Maddie Edwards and McKaylyn Edwards all added doubles in the win for Gunnison. Kamree Brunson tripled for the Wolves in the loss.

Region 15
MANTI, Utah-Tyra Hermansen homered and tripled and the Manti Templars routed South Sevier 18-3 in Region 15 softball action Tuesday. Brynlee Golding, Katie Larsen and Kiana Pogroszewski all added triples for Manti in the win. Lexie Alder added a double in victory for the Templars.

Region 14
PRICE, Utah-Orlando Rodriguez found the net twice and Cesar Morales and Josh Mendez also scored as the Delta Rabbits blanked Carbon 4-0 Tuesday in Region 14 boys soccer action. Hayden Holt earned the shutout for the Rabbits.
Region 15
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Cameron Stotz, Juan Gonzalez and Nolan Ramirez each scored twice as the Grand Red Devils bested North Sanpete 6-2 in Region 15 boys soccer action Tuesday. Kyle Thornberry and Luis Alderate each scored in the loss for the Hawks.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-Ibraham Abdul-Hamid scored the sole goal of the game and Elias Morris posted the shutout as Emery blanked Manti 1-0 Tuesday in Region 15 boys soccer action.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Jaume Llabres netted four goals as the Richfield Wildcats pounded South Sevier 6-1 in Region 15 boys soccer action Tuesday. Tyler Johnson added two more goals for the Wildcats. Brad Taylor found the net in the loss for the Rams.
Region 18
HURRICANE, Utah-Mario Cannon found the net twice and the Millard Eagles smacked Diamond Ranch 4-0 Tuesday in Region 18 boys soccer action. Daniel Gomez and Jose Roman also scored for Millard. Wyatt Alcala posted the shutout for Millard.
GUNNISON, Utah-Bryan Ruiz scored two goals and the Gunnison Bulldogs bested Parowan 3-1 in Region 18 boys soccer action Tuesday. Carlos Adame also scored for Gunnison and Adam Edwards had the sole goal in defeat for the Rams.
Girls Golf
Region 15
STERLING, Utah-Hayden Harris led the way with a tournament winning 82 and the Richfield Wildcats won the Region 15 golf tournament at Palisade State Park Golf Course in Sterling Tuesday with a team score of 359. The Wildcats won by 78 strokes over second place Grand’s 437 score. Manti finished third on their home course, followed by Emery, South Sevier, North Sanpete and San Juan.
Individually, Harris placed first leading five Wildcats as the top five finishers at the tournament. Bex Poulson was second with a 91, Natasha Oldroyd placed third with a 92, Ellie Hair took fourth with a 94 and Piper Harris placed fifth with a 95.
