3-A Girls Soccer Playoffs
NEPHI, Utah-Marissa Hall and Reggie Myers each scored and the Juab Wasps doubled up Grantsville 2-1 in the first round of the 3-A girls soccer playoffs Wednesday. Juab next travels to Richfield Saturday at 1:00 pm for their quarterfinals matchup.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Melissa Crane posted a pair of goals and the Richfield Wildcats smacked Maeser Prep 5-2 Wednesday in the first round of the 3-A girls soccer playoffs. Eliza Steele, Elizabeth Pearson and Maleea Nielson also scored in the win for the Wildcats.
DELTA, Utah-Savannah Nielson amassed four goals as the Delta Rabbits pounded North Sanpete 4-0 in the first round of the 3-A girls soccer playoffs Wednesday. Haylee Christensen earned the shutout for the Rabbits. Delta next hosts Summit Academy Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
MANTI, Utah-Nicole Nelson netted a pair of goals and the Manti Templars routed Union 4-0 Wednesday in the first round of the 3-A girls soccer playoffs. Brynlee Golding and Lexie Alder also scored for the Templars. Katie Larsen earned the shutout for Manti. Next, the Templars host Morgan Saturday at 1:00 pm in the state quarterfinals.
