BYU Cross Country Hosts Autumn Classic Saturday

PROVO, Utah-Saturday, Brigham Young University’s men’s and women’s cross country teams host the BYU Autumn Classic which will be at the Innovation Campus Park Course at Logan, Utah.

Competing against the Cougars will be NCAA Division II representatives Colorado Mesa, Dixie State and Westminster of Salt Lake City. The Cougars’ fellow NCAA Division I foes at the meet include fellow West Coast Conference foes Pacific and Santa Clara and non-conference fellow Utah rivals Utah, Utah State and Weber State.

BYU will also host the WCC Championships and NCAA Mountain Regional meets this season, a fact that is appreciated by Cougars head coach Ed Eyestone.

The Cougar men will be led by All-Americans Rory Linkletter and Connor McMillan, as well as Danny Carney, Kramer Morton, Clayton Young and Conner Mantz.

The Cougar women will be paced by All-American Erica Birk-Jarvis and Courtney Wayment.
