A woman in Monroe is recovering after a crash between Monroe and Austin on Thursday.
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, Della Joslin was driving Southbound on SR 118 when she moved onto the right shoulder and struck a utility pole. Her car rolled after the collision.
Joslin was not wearing a seatbelt and was taken to the hospital with a head injury. Authorities are charging her with a DUI.
