(St. George, UT) – A Las Vegas woman is behind bars for passing fake 100-dollar bills at four Saint George businesses. Police got a call from a store at Red Cliffs Mall Monday about Melanie Shatto trying to pay for items with the funny money. Police say they got reports from two other stores in the mall and a Home Depot in town that Shatto had also used the fake money there. She remains behind bars on four forgery counts.Â
