The Latest: Utah governor: Weed torch set fire near ski town

Utah Gov. Gary Herbert says a weed torch ignited a wildfire that has forced more than 700 people to evacuate.
Herbert is touring the fire-damaged area around the ski town of Brian Head in the Dixie National Forest on Tuesday. He tweeted that experts told him the blaze was started by somebody using a weed torch in dry conditions.
Forest Service spokeswoman Cigi Burton says one home has been destroyed and another damaged in the fire that started Saturday. Part of a highway also is shut down.
Burton says one firefighter suffered a concussion and another a puncture wound. She says “both are recovering and doing well.”
Burton says the fire is growing slowly and has blackened roughly 1.5 square miles (2 square kilometers).
