Teenager rolls after drinking and speeding in Sevier County

A teenager is recovering after his car rolled several times early Sunday Morning in Sevier County.

According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the 18-year-oldĀ Eduardo Ferracini of Gunnison, was going 110 mph Sunday around 4:30 a.m on State Rout 118 near mile post 21.

He went off the road to the left, over corrected and rolled multiple times.

He was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and then was not found until 10 a.m. when a farmer drove by and found him.

UHP reports Ferracini had been drinking before the crash. Charges for underage drinking are pending.

He was taken to the hospital, but did not sustain any major injuries.
