(Sanpete County, UT) — A Sanpete County man who told police he killed his girlfriend’s dog because he was angry is in custody.
Spencer Whitaker Tuttle was arrested Sunday on a count of aggravated cruelty to animals.
Tuttle had called his girlfriend telling her something happened, that he had kicked the dog and the dog was not moving.
Deputies came to Tuttle’s house on South Marksville Road Saturday because someone had called in a report of vandalism.
The dog was deceased when they arrived.
