(Salt Lake City, UT) – Utahns apparently think they are a lot healthier than they really are. A new survey released by Envision Utah and Get Healthy Utah shows that 51-percent of state residents who think they are healthy are actually overweight or obese. While 30-percent of those who took part in the survey are considered obese, only eleven-percent think they have a problem with their weight. The groups that put together the survey say they hope the data will encourage Utahns to eat healthier and get more exercise.Â
