Food Recalled after E. Coli Infections

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and multiple states are investigating after a multistate outbreak of E. Coli infections.

I. M. Healthy brand soy nut butter and granola products have been recalled after the investigation ruled them as the likely source of the infections.

No E. Coli infections have been reported in Utah, even though the products are sold in stores around the state. Citizens are asked to dispose of the products or return the soy nut butter the store where it was purchased for a full refund.

Consumers with questions may contact the company at 1-800-288-1012, Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. MST.
