A missing dog is being investigated in Deseret in Millard County after the dog disappeared Thursday and officers found blood in the kennel.
The Millard County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the dog according to Lt. Robert Clark.
Clark says the family is out of town and a caretaker was feeding the dog each day. When the caretaker went to feed the pet on Thursday, the dog was gone.
Clark says he believes this is a case of a malicious act to a dog.
Officers in Millard County are searching for the dog, which is described as large and tan.
