A man wanted in California is behind bars in Iron County after a foot chase.
Investigators say Fonokalafi Faanunu took off from a traffic stop on Interstate 15 late Tuesday after a Highway Patrol trooper found marijuana in his vehicle.
Investigators say the 31-year-old ran along both sides of the freeway after he was tasered and pulled out the barbs out. He eventually surrendered.
He’s facing drug charges in Utah while also facing a parole violation in California.
